	Ian Mason started Corporate Resources in 1999 and has quickly established the company as a force, not only in recruitment but also in the Telecom market place. Ian started in sales over 30 years ago. He then moved into the office equipment arena with Canon Copiers and then spent 7 years with Pitney Bowes as salesman, Sales Training Manager and Sales Manager. He then spent 8 years in the Telecom market place with companies such as; ACC Telecom, LCR Telecom, and latterly National Sales Manager with Star Telecom. What it means to you is that our vast experience in recruiting, building sales teams and training them allows us to understand what it takes from both sides of the fence. We know because "we've done it" our success has been built on finding the right candidate for the job, not as it was when I was manager, the philosophy was throw enough CV's at the client, you might get one right, this by a recruitment consultant who probably has never sold or managed anybody in his/her life.
